When a property is let, it is beneficial to both the Landlord and the Tenant to keep things running as smoothly as possible. Both Landlords and Tenants can benefit from our Interim Reports service which can be arranged once a Tenancy is underway. We offer appointments for the convenience of tenants – we can arrange to meet the Tenant at the property or obtain their consent to arrange key collection if they are not going to be present.
An Interim Report will provide overview photographs of each room and detail any changes in the condition of the property’s fixtures and fittings. This can alert Landlords to any damage or evidence of non-tenants, smoking and pets. An Interim Report can also help Tenants become aware of any potential liabilities that they may be responsible for. We can provide Tenants with helpful advice regarding the remainder of their tenancy and necessary steps they can take prior to Check-Out.
